Once an order has been placed, I will post out a Memorial Collection Kit.  This kit contains all you need to send your loved ones ashes / hair / fur back to me safely and securely at my studio.  ( please note that the postage to send your inclusions back to me is at the customers expense ) 

Once I have received your inclusions back here at the studio, I will notify you that they have been received safely.
